Blue Spice provides Cambridge with a brand new concept,
on the first floor of the Cambridge Leisure
Park.
Our difference is that, with each night, comes a different theme, each focusing on
cuisine from a certain region of India.
India is such a vast country, with cuisine varying from area to area, that one menu is not
sufficient enough to truly explore the flavours of India.
The reason we
choose to be a solely buffet restaurant is that with an a la carte menu, diners tend to order dishes that are familiar to
them.
With our set-up,
that consists of a starters, main courses and desserts, customers can try dishes that they would not normally try, and it
also allows them to have a little bit of everything, rather than being restricted to one curry.
This is all at a set price. Because our set-up has been purpose built for a buffet, it allows us to offer a vast array of regional
food.
Along with the
buffet, our drink’s menu will also leave you spoilt for choice.
We have an excellent
selections of wines, cocktails and mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails), and numerous beers in stock (Kingfisher on draught).
For many, with
the thought of a buffet restaurant, comes the thought of tacky furniture, poor service, cheap quality food and a poor atmosphere but
here at Blue Spice, we have made the effort
to get away from that stereotype.
We offer a modern
interior, with a sophisticated ambience and excellent service, not to mention the top food quality prepared daily by our highly
trained chefs, making it the ideal dining experience.
